CBD Distillate Extraction Laboratory

This 13,000 square foot extraction laboratory in Centennial, Colorado is one of the largest CBD distillate labs in the USA and the first in the Rocky Mountain region. The project scope included an office remodel, warehouse improvements, and the addition of a fully operable C1D1 lab. Working collaboratively with the client, our team was able to meet an extremely aggressive schedule and budget, including several mid-project changes and additions.
