Westmar Lofts

Our architecture team was selected as the designer of choice to update the Westmar Loft property with modern amenities. The design scope of work included updates to the leasing office, lobby, and game room. The leasing office was updated to include a self-serve kiosk and “genius bar” counter. The lobby and game room were updated to include modern furniture, finishes, and lighting. The overall design was geared towards a younger demographic and “social media moments” were high on the priority list. Westmar Lofts is a proud affiliate of Georgia Tech and Georgia State, making it a top student housing pick in the area.
